Glass Fiber Reinforced Polypropylene (GFRPP) Centrifugal Pumps

The pump casings and impellers are injection-molded into a single, high-strength component using glass fiber reinforced polypropylene. The semi-open or fully open impeller configuration efficiently handles clear corrosive liquids as well as fluids with small suspended solids, minimizing clogging risks while ensuring consistent hydraulic efficiency.

To completely safeguard against chemical attack, the high-tensile steel shaft is fully protected by a thick, heavy-duty material sleeve (such as Ceramic, Teflon, or Silicon Carbide). Supported by heavy-duty bearings, this setup drastically eliminates shaft deflection and reduces vibration to prolong the pump's mechanical lifespan

Our GFRPP pumps accommodate various sealing arrangements—including external single, double, or bellows-type mechanical seals—tailored specifically to the chemical being pumped. This design isolates metallic parts from the process fluid, providing superior leak prevention for hazardous, acidic, or alkaline environments.

Featuring a practical back pull-out design, the pump's entire rotating assembly can be extracted for inspection or maintenance without disconnecting the suction or delivery piping. This minimizes plant downtime, limits labor requirements, and lowers the total cost of ownership.
