Intrinsically safe design uses compressed air instead of electricity, eliminating sparking risks in explosive and ATEX-like environments. Seal-less pumping chamber with no mechanical seal or gland packing drastically reduces leakage, product loss and fugitive emissions.
Handles everything from low-viscosity solvents to viscous resins, slurries, powders in suspension and abrasive media without complex controls. Gentle, low-shear pumping action protects shear-sensitive products such as emulsions, coatings and selected food or pharma intermediates.
Strong self-priming capability enables reliable suction from drums, underground tanks and sumps without external priming systems. Can run dry indefinitely without damage, supporting intermittent supply, batch transfer and filter press applications where flow stops frequently.
Variable flow and discharge pressure simply by adjusting air inlet pressure, with no speed drives or complex electrical panels. Compact construction, quick disassembly and minimal moving parts reduce downtime and make diaphragm service fast and predictable.
Available in investment cast CF8M SS‑316, aluminum, PP and PVDF to match corrosive chemicals, solvents, caustics and aggressive effluents. Proven in applications such as chemical transfer, effluent handling, filter press feeding, hazardous liquid transfer and high-viscosity media loading.
